National Units of Competency
Our course includes teaching you how to recognise and respond to an emergency situation, provide basic life support such as CPR, use a defibrillator (AED), and apply appropriate first-aid techniques. You will also learn about the legal requirements for providing first aid in your workplace and best practices for effective accident prevention.
You will learn how to communicate details of the incident to emergency response services and workplace supervisors. Evaluate and debrief appropriately following the incident.

Our online video learning program provides you with the flexibility to study and finish assessments on your own time, anytime and anywhere. The amount of time taken for this component will depend upon your prior knowledge or experience.
